Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules may change. To respect the time reserved for every guest, cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% rescheduling fee of the reserved service(s). This fee will be collected at the time of your next booking to confirm and secure your appointment.
